A ten year update to a previous master plan which, among other goals, shifts student housing to the northern half of campus. The student housing project that followed, based on this master plan update, includes two new residence halls and a new dining hall organized around a new residential quad.

The Old Town Recovery Center has a unqiue program that combines mental and physical health services for the poor in conjunction with the adjacent Old Town Clinic. Additionally, the clinic replaces a vacant lot at a prominent downtown intersection and enhances the street edge with high transparency and high levels of activity on the ground floor.

The Liwa Physical Framework Master Plan details the growth of a new city in the south of Abu Dhabi’s Western Region from what is presently a very modest settlement and commercial crossroads. The new city of Liwa will eventually be home to a population of 51,000, and will be the future seat of government for the Western Region

The Hillsdale Town Center Phased Redevelopment Strategy describes a series of actions to improve the function and appearance of this small town center in southwest Portland, both in the near- and long-term. Taken together, these physical changes should significantly increase access to and use of the town center. Most of these actions were designed to be implemented incrementally and much of the responsibility for implementation rests on the shoulders of the citizens of Hillsdale.

The North Central Saint Louis neighborhood, located between the reviving Grand Center arts district and the trendy Central West End along the Central Corridor in Saint Louis, Missouri, is a neighborhood still reeling from outward migration. Vacancy rates are high and abandoned lots abound, but the north central neighborhood’s location along the Central Corridor (the main transportation corridor between the city and the suburbs) gives it the potential to reclaim an urban identity.
